Livewire

We are a four-piece band based out of the Hammond area that performs Southern/Classic Rock, Country, Blues, Funk, and R&B. We all come from different backgrounds, and we love all kinds of music, but we play the music that makes you want to sing and dance!

We all come from musical families and all our fathers are musicians as well, so you could say that music is in our blood. We spent our youth watching and learning to playing music with our families and when we were old enough, formed and joined bands of our own. We have all spent time away from playing music to focus on our careers, and raise and provide for our families, but now we are back at it and making up for lost time!

We are a cover band, and we cover a lot of southern music, but we have a style that is all our own. There are some songs that we hold in such high regard, that we cover as closely as possible, but most of the songs that we cover are performed with the feeling and passion that puts the heat in that southern music!
